How do I place an order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hour of placement by contacting our customer support.

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 2 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for eligibility and instructions.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. However, it might take for your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@blushknot.com.
